SMART RECOVERY USA'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE INDEPENDENCE FROM ADDICTION PROBLEMS WITH OUR SCIENCE-BASED 4-POINT PROGRAM. WE OFFERED TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO 1,538 IN-PERSON AND ONLINE MEETINGS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA AS OF 12/31/2022.

OUR PRIMARY PROGRAM IS PROVIDING TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO THE VOLUNTEER FACILITATORS OF LOCAL MEETINGS (IN-PERSON AND ONLINE) ACROSS THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. IN 2022, WE TRAINED 1,738 NEW FACILITATORS IN SMART RECOVERY TOOLS, TECHNIQUES, AND MEETING FACILITATION METHODS. WE ALSO TRAINED 693 TREATMENT PROFESSIONALS TO USE SMART RECOVERY IN THEIR TREATMENT OF INDIVIDUALS STRUGGLING WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER. AS OF 12/31/2022, WE SUPPORTED 1,538 IN-PERSON AND ONLINE MEETINGS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.
