HEATING AND ENERGY ASSISTANCE. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH UTILITY PAYMENTS FOR HEAT ASSISTANCE. APPROXIMATELY 13,934 FAMILIES WERE SERVED. THE AGENCY COMPLETED 16,262 APPLICATIONS TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH HEATING.
HOUSING. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO HELP CLIENTS OBTAIN SAFE AND DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING. 5 UNITS WERE CONSTRUCTED FOR FAMILIES. THE AGENCY TOOK 15 APPLICATIONS FOR HOUSING.
JOB TRAINING. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO HELP INDIVIDUALS OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT. APPROXIMATELY 418 ADULTS, DISLOCATED WORKERS, YOUTH, AND NEG FLOOD WERE ASSISTED. THE AGENCY SUCCEEDED IN HELPING 199 OF THE REGULAR PARTICIPANTS TO ATTAIN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT AND 33 OBTAINED CREDENTIALS.
