THE PROGRAMS AIMS TO HELP ALLEVIATE SUFFERING AND REDUCE POTENTIAL OR PENDING INJURIES, THUS REDUCING THE NEED FOR VALUABLE AND SOMETIMES SCARCE MEDICAL RESOURCES.
