HEALTH PARTNERS IS A PROMINENT COMMUNITY RESOURCE IN SOUTHERN MARYLAND FOR THOSE SEEKING PRIMARY CARE AND DENTAL SERVICES. AS A CHARITABLE CLINIC, WE WELCOME A DIVERSE POPULATION INCLUDING THE UNINSURED, UNDERINSURED (MEDICAID AND MEDICARE), AND THOSE COVERED BY SOME COMMERCIAL PLANS. IN 2022, WE PROVIDED 1,294 PRIMARY CARE VISITS AND 5,338 DENTAL VISITS FOR 2,864 CLIENTS. WITH STRONG DEDICATION AND SUPPORT THROUGH DONATIONS FROM OUR COMMUNITY, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONTINUE TO GROW TO MEET THE NEED FOR MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
