TO FIGHT ALL FORMS OF BIAS IN EDUCATION EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION DELIVERY DUE TO RACE,CREED, SEX, AGE, SEXUAL PREFERENCE, SOCIAL, POLITICAL OR ECONOMIC STATUS OR NATIONAL ORIGIN. 4.
