THE GLENN L. MARTIN MARYLAND AVIATION MUSEUM, INC.S MISSION IS TO PRESERVE THE RICH AVIATION AND AEROSPACE HISTORY. THROUGH GENEROUS DONATIONS, THE MUSEUM HAS ACCUMULATED DOCUMENTS, AIRCRAFT TOOLS AND ARTIFACTS. THE MUSEUM OFFERS EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES, FROM A FREE MONTHLY SPEAKER SERIES TO SPECIAL TOURS FOR SCHOOLS AND OTHER GROUPS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

MAINTAINING THE STORAGE AND MUSEUM AREAS, PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND TOURS ALLOWS THE PUBLIC TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE RICH MARYLAND HISTORY OF AVIATION. RESTORATIONS ARE NECESSARY TO PRESERVE MANY OF THE HISTORICAL ARTIFACTS. THE MUSEUM HAS BEEN ABLE TO STORE AND DISPLAY TO THE PUBLIC RELEVANT ARTIFACTS RELATED TO FLIGHT SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THE GLENN L. MARTIN COMPANY. THE MUSEUM HAS RECEIVED GENEROUS SUPPORT THROUGH FACILITY SPACE FURNISHED AT NO CHARGE FOR MUSEUM DISPLAYS AND STORAGE OF ARTIFACTS. DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021, THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED $435,235 AND $425,844 OF IN-KIND FACILITY AND VOLUNTEER LABOR, RESPECTIVELY, NOT REPORTED ON THE 990.
