THE CDA PROVIDED MARKETING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE TAKOMA LANGLEY CROSSROADS COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND PROVIDES ADDITIONAL AMENITIES TO IMPROVE THE VISITOR EXPERIENCE. MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDE LITTER PICK UP AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE IN PUBLIC AREAS IN THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. MARKETING SERVICES INCLUDES STREET FESTIVALS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS TO ATTRACT VISITORS TO THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND OFFER BUSINESSES AND OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH THE MARKETPLACE. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES PROVIDED BY THE CDA INCLUDE STREET BANNERS AND FLOWER PLANTERS.
