MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDE LITTER PICK UP AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE IN PUBLIC AREAS IN THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. MARKETING SERVICES INCLUDES STREET FESTIVALS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS TO ATTRACT VISITORS TO THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND OFFER BUSINESSES AND OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH THE MARKETPLACE.
