MEMBERSHIP DUES PROVIDE REVENUE TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL SERVICES THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND FOR PUBLIC OFFICIALS AT THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL ON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING AND DEVELOPMENT.
