PEP OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF CLASSES AND PROGRAMS TO HELP PARENTS WITH CHILDREN AT DIFFERENT AGES AND STAGES OF LIFE AND WITH DIFFERENT BEHAVIORAL NEEDS. IN 2021, OVER 6,200 PARENTS REGISTERED FOR PEP PARENTING PROGRAMS, INCLUDING: PEP'S FREE SERIES OF WEBINARS AND PODCASTS ON CRITICAL TOPICS SUCH 'SUPPORTING KIDS WITH STRESS AND ANXIETY', 'LIVING WITH GRIEF', 'CULTIVATING RACIAL AND CULTURAL AWARENESS IN CHILDREN', AND 'TRANSITIONING BACK TO SCHOOL; 4-WEEK ONLINE CLASSES ON ENCOURAGEMENT AND REDEFINING DISCIPLINE; AND WEBINARS ON OTHER COMMON PARENTING CHALLENGES. IN 2021, AS PART OF ITS NEW STRATEGIC PLAN, PEP IS ENGAGING BUSINESS AND NONPROFIT CLIENTS TO DELIVER PARENTING CLASSES TO THEIR PARENT CONSTITUENCIES; CLIENTS INCLUDE THE U.S. AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT; GIT HUB, IDENTITY, PERMANENTE MEDICINE, AND DOZENS OF PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND CHARTER SCHOOLS. IN 2021, PEP CONTINUED ITS FIFTH YEAR OF OPERATING THE PEP PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES PARENTING CLASSES TO UNDERSERVED AND MARGINALIZED AUDIENCES. WE ENTERED OUR FIFTH YEAR OF PARTNERING WITH THE LINKAGES TO LEARNING PROGRAM IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO OFFER PEP PARENTING CLASSES IN SPANISH TO LOW-INCOME LATINO FAMILIES. WE ALSO CONTINUED OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE NONPROFIT IDENTITY (WHICH SERVES LATINO YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES) TO OFFER CLASSES TO LATINO FAMILIES AS PART OF ITS FAMILY REUNIFICATION PROGRAM.
