ECMPCC'S MAJOR PROGRAM IS THE CHILD AND PARENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES WHICH IS FUNDED BY THE OFFICE OF THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION ("OSSE"). THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FULL DAY HIGH-QUALITY CHILDCARE SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE FAMILIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DAY CARE POLICY ACT OF 1979 AT THE STATED RATES AS REFLECTED ON THE RATES AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CHILDREN ENROLLED FORM. ADDITIONALLY, ECMPCC PROVIDES CHILDCARE SERVICES FOR PARENTS CERTIFIED AS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THESE SERVICES BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. THIS FUNDING HAS ALLOWED ECMPCC TO CONTINUE PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY SERVICES AT ALL OF ITS FACILITIES.
