HOMELESS SHELTER - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EMERGENCY, HOMELESS SHELTER, AND SERVICES FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN. THE SHEPHERD'S COVE HOMELESS SHELTER FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MARYLAND, SERVES APPROXIMATELY 600 TO 700 INDIVIDUALS EVERY YEAR. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO STABILIZE FAMILIES.
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - THIS PROGRAM TRANSITIONS FORMERLY HOMELESS CLIENTS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING.
NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - THROUGH THE ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION, AND RESALE OF FORECLOSED, ABANDONED, AND VACANT HOMES, THE PROGRAM INCREASES HOMEOWNERSHIP IN LOW-INCOME AREAS AND REMOVES BLIGHTING INFLUENCES AND VACANT STRUCTURES.
