THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PASTOR INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATIONS BY PROVIDING MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS, SPIRITUAL RETREATS, AND THE PRACTICING OF SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE IN PRAYER AND GENERAL LIFE ISSUES. THE MENTORING IS A MIX OF SPIRITUAL DIRECTION AND COACHING. THE SMALL GROUPS FOCUS ON SPIRITUAL FORMATION FROM A BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE. THESE PROGRAMS AND RETREATS ARE CENTERED ON GROWING IN CHRIST AND IMPACTING AND LEADING OTHERS. IN ADDITION TO THE MANY ONE ON ONE MEETINGS, IN 2023 THERE WERE 345 INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN 8 DIFFERENT RETREATS AND 11 INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN SABBATICAL COACHING.
