CONCEPTS' ROLE IS TO PROVIDE PAYROLL PROCESSING MONITORING FISCAL INTERMEDIARY.AND OTHER VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES. CONCEPTS' SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT NEW YORK CITY'S FIVE BOROUGHS AND SEVERAL NYS COUNTIES.

IN ADDITION COI-MC PROVIDES PAYROLL AND PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION SERVICES TO THESE CONSUMERS WHO EMPLOY PERSONAL ASSISTANTS. AS OF JUNE 30 2022 CONCEPTS PROVIDED WAGE AND BENEFIT PROCESSING TO MORE THAN 6,000 PERSONAL ASSISTANTS.
