CAESAR RODNEY EDUCATION ASSOCIATION REPRESENTS APPROXIMATELY 748 EDUCATIONAL EMPLOYEES IN THE CAESAR RODNEY SCHOOL DISTRICT (CRSD). IT IS THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGENT FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE CRSD. IT MAINTAINS THE CONTRACT, HANDLES GRIEVANCES, AND PROVIDES LEGAL DEFENSE IF NEEDED.
