HIHR PROGRAMS: PANTRY FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM, PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMHIHR PROVIDES HOUSING SERVICES WITH EVIDENCE-BASED AND LOW-BARRIER SERVICE MODELS, AS WELL AS COORDINATED DATA ENTRY SYSTEM (CES) UTILIZING (VI-SPDAT) AND THE HOUSING FIRST MODEL APPROACHED. HIHR PROGRAMS HELPS FOCUS HOMELESS TO ACHIEVE SPECIFIC GOALS THAT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AND LONG-TERM PERMANENT HOUSING.HIHR INCORPORATES A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES WITHIN OUR PROGRAMS THAT ARE INTEGRATED WITH AN ARRAY OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES, THESE SERVICES INCLUDES COMPLETING A THOROUGH ASSESSMENT AND CREATING AN INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE PLAN FOR EACH RESIDENT; IMPROVING LIFE AND GENERAL SKILLS, INCREASING PERSONAL INCOME, ENHANCING SELF-DETERMINATION FOR PURSUING LIFE GOALS AND DREAMS, TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY AND TO FUNCTION AT THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL SO AS TO BECOME BETTER CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF OUR LOCAL AND THE AT LARGE COMMUNITIES.
