OPERATE AND MAINTAIN HISTORIC ATTRACTIONS IN BROWNVILLE, NEBRASKA. THE SAGE & WHEEL MUSEUMS, LAND OFFICE, BOETTNER PARK, AND DEPOT & RAILROAD HISTORY MUSEUM ARE VISITED BY MIDLANDERS FROM THE ENTIRE AREA.


PROVIDE POST-SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIP TO ELIGIBLE BROWNVILLE AREA HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR


OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THREE HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT LANDMARKS IN BROWNVILLE, NEBRASKA. THOUSANDS VISIT THE CAPTAIN BAILEY HOUSE, CARSON HOUSE, AND CARRIAGE HOUSE ANNUALLY.


HOST FLEAMARKETS, OLD TIME AUTUMN CELEBRATIONS, A GOLF TOURNAMENT, AN ANNUAL DINNER, CHRISTMAS TOURS AND MORE. ATTENDED BY THOUSANDS WHO ENJOY THE OLD FASHIONED FLAVORS OF HISTORIC BROWNVILLE, NEBRASKA. THIS TOTAL ALSO INCLUDES 231,164 OF CREATIVE DISTRICT COMMITTEE EXPENDITURES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS. HVAC UPGRADES WERE INCLUDED IN MANY LOCATIONS. ATTRACTIONS THAT SAW IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE THE BROWNVILLE VILLAGE THEATRE, THE ICE HOUSE, THE FURNACE HOUSE AND THE WELCOME CENTER. FUNDS WERE ALSO USED TO PROVIDE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BROWNVILLE ART & NATURE PROJECTS, THE BROWNVILLE EDUCATIONAL CENTER FOR ARTS & HUMANITIES, THE BROWNVILLE FINE ARTS ASSOCIATION AND THE BROWNVILLE CONCERT SERIES. SUPPORT WAS ALSO PROVIDED TO IMPROVEMENTS MADE TO THE MERIWETHER LEWIS RIVER DREDGE ATTRACTION LOCATED IN BROWNVILLE.
