" THE ASSOCIATION OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERS SOCAL, INC. (THE ASSOCIATION) HOLDS TWO EVENTS PER CALENDAR YEAR. THESE TWO EVENTS ARE ALL OF THE ASSOCIATION'S ACTIVITIES. EACH EVENT IS A CONFERENCE STYLE EVENT THAT LASTS THREE TO FOUR DAYS. THE PURPOSE OF EACH EVENT IS TO EDUCATE MEMBERS IN, AND ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE ABOUT TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP. EVENT PARTICIPANTS ARE INDIVIDUALS OF SIGNIFICANT INFLUENCE IN ARTISTIC, ACADEMIC, SOCIAL, POLITICAL, CORPORATE, HUMAN POTENTIAL/DEVELOPMENT AND HUMANITARIAN ENDEAVORS WHO ARE DEVOTED TO DOING TRANSFORMATIONAL WORK IN THEIR PERSPECTIVE FIELDS. THE EVENTS PROVIDE A PLACE FOR THESE LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS TO MEET AND LEARN FROM EACH OTHER IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.
