THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO MANAGE A MEDICAL STAFF DUES FUND AT NORTH SUBURBAN MEDICAL CENTER. THE FUNDS MAY BE USED TO PROVIDE FOR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION, PUBLICATIONS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS; TO FUND GRANTS OR DONATIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE FUND'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES; TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE TRAINING OF MEDICAL STAFF LEADERS; AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR NETWORKING EVENTS FOR THE MEDICAL STAFF.
