THE MISSION OF ICRF IS TO INFORM, ENCOURAGE, AND EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND RELATED FIELDS WHICH WILL LEAD TO A MORE SUSTAINABLE WORKFORCE

WE ARE FOCUSED ON THE WORKFORCE SHORTAGE THAT IS TROUBLING THE INDIANA CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. THROUGH OUR AMBASSADORS, WE REACHED OVER 30,000 STUDENTS IN INDIANA TO TEACH THEM ABOUT CAREERS IN CONSTRUCTION. WE PROVIDED EDUCATORS AND SCHOOLS WITH PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS ABOUT CONSTRUCTION CAREERS TO MARKET THE OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND ATTRACT NEW TALENT TO THE INDUSTRY. STATE OF INDIANA 2-YEAR GRANT.


ICRF ADDRESSES THE WORKFORCE SHORTAGE HEAD ON WITH THEIR CORE PROGRAM BUILD YOUR FUTURE INDIANA, A CONSTRUCTION TRAINING PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES INTRODUCTORY TRAINING TO PREPARE AND EMPOWER UNSKILLED WORKERS TO PURSUE PRODUCTIVE, LONG-TERM CAREERS IN CONSTRUCTION. STATE OF INDIANA 2-YEAR GRANT.
