WE ARE FOCUSED ON THE WORKFORCE SHORTAGE THAT IS TROUBLING THE INDIANA CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. THROUGH OUR AMBASSADORS, WE REACHED OVER 30,000 STUDENTS IN INDIANA TO TEACH THEM ABOUT CAREERS IN CONSTRUCTION. WE PROVIDED EDUCATORS AND SCHOOLS WITH PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS ABOUT CONSTRUCTION CAREERS TO MARKET THE OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND ATTRACT NEW TALENT TO THE INDUSTRY. STATE OF INDIANA 2-YEAR GRANT.
