IN 2023 THE MINNESOTA AFFORDABLE HOUSING COALITION HOSTED ITS NINTH ANNUAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUMMIT- A FULL-DAY EVENT FOCUSED ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCING OF MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS. THE SUMMIT GATHERED AN HISTORIC REGISTRATION OF 491 PEOPLE FROM ACROSS THE MIDWEST AND COUNTRY TO HEAR FROM INDUSTRY LEADERS, DISCUSS INDUSTRY TRENDS AND PLAN FOR THE FUTURE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN OUR STATES. THE DAY STARTED WITH A KEYNOTE FROM MN HOUSING COMMISSIONER, JENNIFER HO FOLLOWED BY PANELS SESSIONS THROUGHOUT THE DAY, INCLUDING:1.
