TWO RIVERS BUILDS NEW HOMES AND PROVIDES CRITICAL REPAIRS TO EXISTING HOMES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FAMILIES IN NEED OF BETTER SHELTER THROUGHOUT DODGE, OLMSTED, STEELE, WABASHA, AND WASECA COUNTIES. TWO RIVERS ALSO ADVOCATES FOR HOUSING POLICIES THAT ENABLE EVERYONE TO HAVE A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE.
TWO RIVERS FINANCED THE HOME SALES AND HOLDS NON-INTEREST BEARING MORTGAGES. IMPUTED INTEREST IS RECOGNIZED FOR FINANCIAL REPORTING AS THE MORTGAGES MATURE.
