IN 2021, ENERGY POLICY NETWORK (EPN) ENGAGED IN 7 STATES TO EDUCATE, PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE WITH REGARD TO ENERGY AND UTILITY REGULATORY POLICY ISSUES. EPN PROVIDED NUMEROUS EDUCATIONAL BRIEFINGS FOR PRIVATE SECTOR LEADERS AND PUBLIC SECTOR OFFICIALS IN ISSUES SURROUNDING ENERGY POLICY AND THE INTERSECTION OF AIR QUALITY REGULATION AND PUBLIC UTILITY REGULATION. THE EPN TEAM DRAFTED WHITE PAPERS AND CONDUCTED OTHER RESEARCH TO PROVIDE SUPPORTING MATERIALS RELATED TO THESE EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS. EPN EXPERTS ALSO TESTIFIED BEFORE REGULATORY AGENCIES REGARDING ISSUES PERTAINING TO ENERGY POLICY AND AIR QUALITY REGULATION.
