THE ORGANIZATION DELIVERS FOCUSED FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY PROGRAMS AIMED AT BUILDING A MORE RESILIENT COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS DILIGENTLY TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS THAT CANNOT (OR ARE NOT) BE(ING) DELIVERED VIA TRADITIONAL FIRE DEPARTMENT CHANNELS. THE ORGANIZATIONS TRAINED, UNIFORMED EMTS, PARAMEDICS AND EDUCATION/PUBLIC SAFETY SPECIALISTS WORK WITH FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS TO IDENTIFY AND REACH AT-RISK POPULATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION IS EXPERT IN MANAGING A PROCESS CALLED COMMUNITY RISK REDUCTION (CRR). REDUCING RISK IS NOT LIMITED TO A PRESENTATION OR PR CAMPAIGN. IT STARTS WITH ANALYSIS, DETERMING WHERE RISK REDUCTION WILL BE MOST EFFECTIVE. IT INCLUDES PARTNERING WITH ELECTED LEADERS, COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS, AND FIRST RESPONDERS TO SHARE RISK REDUCTION TACTICS.
