RELIANT ASSET MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS ("RELIANT AMS") IS A NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN FEBRUARY 2015 TO PROVIDE ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING OWNERS AND TO CONDUCT OR PERFORM ANCILLARY OR RELATED ACTIVITY IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING AS A MEANS OF PROMOTING THE COMMON GOOD, GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA, AND TO LESSEN THE BURDEN OF GOVERNMENT. RELIANT AMS IS BASED IN SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA.

IT WILL PROVIDE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS IN SEVERAL AREAS, FROM FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, PHYSICAL INSPECTIONS RELATED TO ALL TYPES OF HOUSING UNITS AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES. THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS HAVE A COMBINED 68 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HOUSING OPERATIONS. RELIANT AMS IS COMPRISED OF TWO DISTINCT DEPARTMENTS, (1) FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND (2) HOUSING QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTIONS.
