THE ORGANIZATION'S FLAGSHIP PROGRAM IS THE 'JAZZ HANDS MUSIC ACADEMY'. THE ACADEMY PROVIDES INSTRUCTION IN THE AREAS OF VOICE, INSTRUMENT EDUCATION, MUSIC TECHNOLOGY, THEORY AND COMPOSITION, JOB READINESS, AND SOCIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT. ACADEMY PARTICIPANTS ENGAGE DIRECTLY WITH MUSIC INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS. INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY-BASED PAID AND VOLUNTEER PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES ARE ARRANGED THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S JOB DEVELOPMENT TEAM AND ROBUST OUTREACH EFFORTS. THE ORGANIZATION IS FUNDED BY LOCAL AREA REGIONAL CENTERS, DONATIONS, GRANTS, AND PRIVATE PAY TUITION INCOME.
