FOUNDED IN 2014, TEACHING PRESCHOOL PARTNERS (TPP) PARTNERS WITH OREGON SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND PUBLICLY FUNDED PRESCHOOL PROVIDERS TO SUPPORT HIGH-QUALITY INQUIRY APPROACHES TO EARLY LEARNING. WORKING WITH THREE SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN THE PORTLAND AREA, TPP CURRENTLY CO-OPERATES THREE DEMONSTRATION INQUIRY PRESCHOOL CLASSROOMS, PROVIDES PEDAGOGY SUPPORT FOR ANOTHER SEVEN, AND SUPPORTS THE TRICKLE-UP OF INQUIRY PRACTICES INTO KINDERGARTEN TO THIRD GRADE (K-3) CLASSROOMS. TPP ALSO PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS FOR HEAD START AND PRESCHOOL PROMISE PROVIDERS STATEWIDE.
