PROVIDED SAID ORGANIZATIONS REMAIN NON-PROFIT, TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS AND PROVIDED THEY CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND PROMOTION OF THE CREIGHTON MODEL FERTILITY CARE SYSTEM AND THE CREIGHTON MODEL OF NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING.
