SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL, WHICH SERVICES THE COMMUNITY OF DENVER, COLORADO AND SUPPORTS SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL IN ITS MISSION OF REVEALING AND FOSTERING GOD'S HEALING LOVE BY IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES IT SERVES, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE POOR AND VULNERABLE. SAINT JOSEPH HOSPITAL WAS FOUNDED IN 1873 BY THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF LEAVENWORTH AND IS COLORADO'S FIRST PRIVATE HOSPITAL AND ITS FIRST PRIVATE TEACHING HOSPITAL.
