AOT HAS DEVELOPED AN ESTABLISHED PROGRAM DELIVERY MODEL WITH PROVEN LONGITUDINAL ECONOMIC IMPACT THAT INCLUDES: 1) TECH360 IS A THREE-WEEK PROGRAM INTENSIVE FOR RISING HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS THAT TEACHES THE FUNDAMENTALS OF WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT. 2) TECH FLEX LEADERS IS A YEAR-LONG ACADEMIC PROGRAM WHERE HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS LEARN HOW TO CODE THROUGH WEB DEVELOPMENT IN THE FIRST SEMESTER AND CHOOSE A TECH TRACK [UX DESIGN, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, DIGITAL MARKETING, DATA SCIENCE, CYBER SECURITY OR ADVANCED WEB DEVELOPMENT, WITH FORTHCOMING AI/MACHINE LEARNING TRACK] IN THE SECOND SEMESTER GAINING AN ADDITIONAL TECHNOLOGY SKILLSET THEY CAN LEVERAGE WHEN PURSUING SUMMER TECH INTERNSHIPS AND FUTURE TECH OPPORTUNITIES. 3) ACCESS TECH IS A SERIES OF CAREER READINESS INITIATIVES FOR AOT ALUMNI [INCLUDING THOSE IN COLLEGE]. 4) ALUMNI TECHNOLOGY SKILLS FELLOWSHIPS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR AOT ALUMNI TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKFORCE BY LEARNING ABOUT DIFFERENT CAREER PATHWAYS WITHIN TECHNOLOGY BEYOND COMPUTER SCIENCE.PROGRAMS CONSIDER: SKILLS DEVELOPMENT: INCREASE STUDENT PROFICIENCY IN AN IN-DEMAND TECHNOLOGY SKILLS PATHWAY AND ENABLE MASTERY OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITIES FOR LONG-TERM CAREER POSITIONING.
