LBHS, DURING THIS PERIOD (JULY 1, 2020 - JUNE 30, 2021), CONTINUE EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGES DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE INCREASED NEEDS AND DEMANDS FROM THE COMMUNITY. WITH SOME EFFORT AND ADAPTATIONS, WE NOT ONLY SUSTAIN SERVICES AT AN EQUAL OR SIMILAR LEVEL TO YEARS BEFORE, BUT WE ALSO EXPERIENCE SIGNIFICANT GROWTH, WHICH RESULTED IN ADDING STAFF, INCREASING HOURS, AND DEVELOPING COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL AGENCIES OUTSIDE OF SALT LAKE CITY THAT ALLOWED US TO EXPAND OUR REACH TO OTHER COUNTIES IN THE STATE. DURING THIS PERIOD, THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED PLANNING AND EXECUTED THE 2021 UTAH PEER CONFERENCE VIRTUALLY IN JUNE, WITH OVER 270 PARTICIPANTS. FURTHERMORE, LBHS CONTINUED STRENGTHENING ITS TELEHEALTH MODEL, UPGRADED ITS HIPPA COMPLIENT CLIENT MANAGEMENT PORTAL, AND SERVED INDIVIDUALS VIRTUALLY ACROSS THE STATE. DURING THE PERIOD, LBHS PROVIDED MOST OF ITS SERVICES VIA TELEHEALTH/ ONLINE DUE TO COVID. LASTLY, LBHS CONTINUES TO EXPLORE COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS THE STATE AND PLANS ON EXPANDING ITS VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON REACH ACROSS THE STATE DURING 2022.
