HEALTH EQUITY SOLUTIONS (HES) IS AN ORGANIZATION BASED IN CONNECTICUT DEDICATED TO ADDRESSING CRITICAL SOCIAL ISSUES AND PROMOTING HEALTH EQUITY ACROSS THE STATE. ITS MISSION IS TO ADVANCE ANTI-RACIST POLICIES AND PRACTICES TO ELIMINATE HEALTH DISPARITIES AND ACHIEVE EQUITABLE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR ALL RESIDENTS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE, ETHNICITY AND SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS. HES IS DEEPLY COMMITTED TO SYSTEMS-LEVEL CHANGE, CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT, PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, AND THE USE OF DATA TO INFORM ITS WORK.
