WE PARTNER WITH COMMUNITIES AND HEALTH SYSTEMS TO ADDRESS SYSTEMIC CAUSES OF INEQUITY AND DISEASE. WE DO THIS BY REMOVING BARRIERS THAT KEEP PEOPLE FROM IDENTIFYING, ACCESSING AND CHOOSING THE RESOURCES EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE HEALTHY.

HEALTH LEADS OPERATES FROM A UNIQUE POSITION OF BEING DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO BOTH PEOPLE WITH LIVED EXPERIENCES AND THE KEY DECISION-MAKERS ACROSS LEVELS AND INDUSTRIES. OUR INITIATIVES AND PROGRAMS ARE FOCUSED BOTH ON ADDRESSING THE URGENT NEEDS FACING TOO MANY COMMUNITIES (E.G. FOOD INSECURITY IN BOSTON OR ACCESS TO VACCINES NATIONWIDE), AND ON THE ROOT CAUSES OF THESE NEEDS TO KEEP WORKING TOWARDS RACIAL HEALTH EQUITY (E.G.
