ALLENTOWN PROMISE NEIGHBORHOOD (APN): EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2015 THE ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENCE FROM THE UNITED WAY OF THE GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY, ACTING AS AN AUTONOMOUS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION KNOWN AS PROMISE NEIGHBORHOODS OF THE LEHIGH VALLEY. APN ISSUED A NEIGHBORHOOD SURVEY TO THE ALLENTOWN AREA TO GAIN VALUABLE INPUT FROM RESIDENTS.
