FORM 990 - ORGANIZATION'S MISSION OR MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES THE JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER OF PHILADELPHIA'S MOST SIGNIFICANT SERVICES INCLUDE COMMUNITY BASED BEHAVIOR AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, CHILD WELFARE, INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION AND OTHER SOCIAL SERVICES TO CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES IN PHILADELPHIA. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PARENTS,INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH WHO ARE EXPERIENCING TRUANCY, PREVENTION SERVICES FOR YOUTH TO DIVERT THEM FROM FORMALLY ENTERING THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM. FOR YOUTH WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM, JJC PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED CASE MAMAGMENT SERVICES ALONG WITH AFTERCARE SERVICES FOR YOUTH WHO ARE TRANSITIONING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AFTER PLACEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION COLLABORATS AND PARTNERS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE-WIDE ADOPTION AGENCY, AND COMMUNITY UMBRELLA AGENCIES TO PROVIDE FOSTER CARE PLACEMENTS AND ADOPTION SERVICES TO CHILDERN AN
