EDUCATION AND TRAINING - OBL EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS PROVIDE A MULTITUDE OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR EVERYONE FROM TELLERS TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES, DELIVERED IN THE RIGHT FORMAT, WITH THE RIGHT CONTENT, AT THE RIGHT TIME. OBL OFFERS EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT, ACCOUNT AND BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS, COMPLIANCE, DIRECTORS TRAINING, FINANCIAL SERVICES, FRONTLINE TRAINING, HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMINISTRATION, LENDING, RETAIL MANAGEMENT, SALES & MARKETING, SECURITY & TECHNOLOGY, TRUST, AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF SPECIAL MEETINGS AND EVENTS. OBL OFFERS THEIR TRAINING AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS THROUGH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT FORMATS, INCLUDING CLASSROOM SEMINARS, ONLINE SEMINARS, TRAINING SCHOOLS, AND CONFERENCES.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS - PARTICIPATION WITH THE OHIO BANKERS LEAGUE ALLOWS OHIO BANKERS TO STAY ABREAST OF OFTEN FAST-MOVING LEGISLATION BOTH IN OHIO AND IN WASHINGTON. THE OBL PROVIDES A COLLECTIVE VOICE FOR OHIO'S FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AT BOTH THE STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL.
