DOUBLE PORTION MEDIA IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEVOTED TO MASS MEDIA TO CREATE, PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE VARIOUS TYPES OF PROGRAMS, INCLUDING TALK SHOW, DRAMA AND GENERAL ENTERTAINMENT. THESE PROGRAMS WILL REFLECT THE MULTICULTURALISM OF SILICON VALLEY WHILE CONVEYING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

RADIO PROGRAMS BROADCASTING DOUBLE PORTION MEDIA (DPM) PRODUCES AND RECORDS CHINESE RADIO PROGRAMS THAT HELP LISTENERS UNDERSTAND THE COMMUNITY THEY LIVE IN AND MOTIVATES THEM TO ACHIEVE EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL HEALTH. DPM RADIO PROGRAMS ARE RUN BY VOLUNTEERS AND ARE BROADCASTED ON THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS THROUGH A LOCAL RADIO STATION. THE PRODUCED PROGRAMS HAVE OUTREACHED SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF LISTENERS WITH POSITIVE IMPACT TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
WOMEN OUTREACH PROGRAMSDPM ORGANIZES WOMEN CONFERENCE IN U.S., CANADA AND TAIWAN IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A PLACE OF SOLACE FOR WOMEN FROM THEIR EVERYDAY STRESS AND FOR THEIR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT. SPEAKERS ARE BEING INVITED TO THE CONFERENCE TO SHARE HOW THEY FACE THEIR OWN PERSONAL STRUGGLES, OVERCOME CHALLENGES, AND THE STRATEGIES THEY USE TO CARRY THEM THROUGH THE HARD TIMES IN THEIR LIVES. THE LIVE CONFERENCES WERE SUSPENDED DURING 2020 DUE TO COVID-19, BUT THERE'RE VARIOUS SMALL EVENTS HOSTED VIA WEB TO CARRY OUT THE SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITIES.
