TO RECEIVE FUNDS AND ACTIVELY CONDUCT SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT WITHIN THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
