WE PROVIDE TECHNICAL CAPACITY-BUILDING SERVICES TO NONPROFITS, PRIMARILY BY THROUGH TRAINING AND ONLINE SUPPORT ON SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS FOR DELIVERING RESIDENT SERVICES AT AFFORDABLE AND PUBLIC HOUSING FACILITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

SOCIAL SERVICES FOR LOW INCOME, PUBLIC, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES TECHNICAL CAPACITY BUILDING TOOLS, TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR LOW INCOME HOUSING SITES THAT PROVIDE SOCIAL SERVICES AND TO THEIR RESIDENTS. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, SOCIAL SERVICES COORDINATORS ARE PROVIDED SUPPORT AND TRAINING TO IMPLEMENT, MANAGE, AND MONITOR THEIR PROGRAMS. SITES THAT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM GET UNLIMITED TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR ALL STAFF INVOLVED IN SERVICE DELIVERY. LAST YEAR, THIS PROGRAM WORKED WITH OVER 7,000 LOW INCOME, PUBLIC AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING SITES AND SERVED NEARLY 500,000 LOW INCOME RESIDENTS. THESE RESIDENTS RECEIVED NEARLY 2,000,0000 SERVICES RELATED TO HEALTH, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL ASSET BUILDING, CIVIC, AND OTHER HUMAN SERVICES AND RESOURCES THAT KEEP THEM HEALTHY, SAFE, FINANCIALLY STABLE, AND INDEPENDENT. LAST YEAR, WE WORKED WITH HUD TO HELP HOUSING AGENCIES MANAGER THEIR COVID RESPONSES AND VACCINE CLINICS.
