IN 2022-2023 100% OF YOUTH WHO PARTICIPATE IN THE SALEM DREAM CENTER PROGRAMS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE 12 YEARS OF EDUCATION AND 99% EITHER ENTER COLLEGE, TECHNICAL SCHOOL OR ARE FULLY EMPLOYED. 100% OF YOUTH PARTICIPATING IN SALEM DREAM CENTER PROGRAMS RECEIVED PASSING GRADES, COMPARED TO A NATIONAL FAILURE RATE OF 50% WITH STUDENTS OF COLOR AND OR LOW-INCOME STUDENTS. THE CRIME RATE IN THE COMMUNITY WHERE SALEM DREAM CENTER IS BASED DECLINED BY 5.7% DURING 2022-2023. THE JUVENILE CRIME RATE IN THE COMMUNITY WHERE SALEM DREAM CENTER IS BASED IS 29% LOWER THAN OTHER COMMUNITIES IN THE STATE WITH THE SAME DEMOGRAPHICS.

IN 2022-2023 SALEM DREAM CENTER EXPANDED ALL YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND ADDED MONTHLY GUEST SPEAKERS WHO PRESENT PROGRAMS THAT BENEFIT FAMILIES AND THE COMMUNITY, SUCH AS PROVIDING MEDICAL SUPPORT, HOUSING, IMMIGRATION, AND MORE. SALEM DREAM CENTER BEGAN WEEKLY FAMILY GAME AND MOVIE NIGHT WHICH PROVIDES FAMILIES WITH A SAFE AND FREE FAMILY FUN EVENING. CREATED A VIDEO GAMING NIGHT WHERE TEENS CAN COME TO A SAFE PLACE TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES, A FUNCTION WHICH HELPS GET TEENS OUT OF SELF-ISOLATION. ON MOST NIGHTS SALEM POLICE OFFICERS JOIN IN WITH THE GAMING, WHICH ADDS ANOTHER LEVEL OF MENTORSHIP.
