1.KIDS CAMP CHANGE FOR A SUSTAINABLE WORLD NEEDS NEW LEADERS WITH A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE AND CARING SPIRT FOR THE PLANET. THEREFORE ECO HAS BEEN FOCUSING ON EDUCATION FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FROM ITS INCEPTION. BECAUSE THE UNDERSTANDING AND EXPECTED SCOPE OF ACTION DIFFER FOR EACH AGE GROUP, ECO DEVELOPED AND HAS BEEN RUNNING LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS DIFFERENTIATED FOR EACH AGE GROUP INCLUDING YOUNG CHILDREN, HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, YOUNG ADULTS AND MATURE ADULTS.BECAUSE OF LASTING IMPACT OF CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCE ON INDIVIDUALS' MINDSET AND LIFESTYLE, WE EMPHASIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION ESPECIALLY FOR THE YOUNGER GENERATIONS. THE SUMMER INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR YOUNG CHILDREN PROVIDES HANDS ON EDUCATION FOR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, NATURE STUDIES.
