TRANSFORM BRINGS TOGETHER DIVERSE YOUNG PEOPLE FROM METRO DENVER HIGH SCHOOLS FOR A YEAR-LONG, LIFE-CHANGING, AND EMPOWERING EXPERIENCE. TOGETHER, PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP AND DEEPEN COMMUNICATION, RELATIONSHIP BUILDING, AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS SUCH AS SELF-AWARENESS, CONFIDENCE, AND EMPATHY. SHIFT OFFERS PROFESSIONAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS LOOKING TO DEEPEN THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION. WE PROVIDED CUSTOMIZED DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION WORKSHOPS FOR 12 ORGANIZATIONS, REACHING AN ESTIMATED 300 PARTICIPANTS, WHILE ALSO PRODUCING SIX UNIQUE COMMUNITY TRAININGS THAT WERE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THESE TRAININGS WERE DELIVERED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO MORE THAN 260 PARTICIPANTS RESULTING IN OVER 560 INDIVIDUALS SERVED BY THE SHIFT PROGRAM. RETENTION FOR ORGANIZATIONAL WORKSHOPS WAS 100%. THE TRANSFORM PROGRAM SERVED 30 YOUTH IN A HYBRID IN-PERSON, RESIDENTIAL, AND VIRTUAL SETTING.
