WE EVALUATED TRENDS IN WATER USE AND THE OPPORTUNITIES AND BARRIERS FOR WATER EFFICIENCY, WATER REUSE, AND STORMWATER CAPTURE. FINALLY, WE COLLABORATED WITH NGO PARTNERS AND STATE AGENCIES TO ADVANCE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF WATER EFFICIENCY LEGISLATION.
