CONSTRUCT IS A LEADER IN DESIGN DRIVEN EDUCATION TRANSFORMATION WORKING TO MAKE OREGON A NATIONAL LEADER IN A PUBLIC EDUCATION THAT BRIDGES DIVERSE K12 STUDENTS TO THE OPPORTUNITIES OF THE INNOVATION ECONOMY.

SINCE 2014 CONSTRUCT HAS BROUGHT DESIGN FOR INNOVATION EXPERIENCES TO THE EDUCATION ECOSYSTEM. WITH OUR PARTNERS BREAKER AND SCHOOL RETOOL, BOTH STANFORD K12 D.SCHOOL INITIATIVES, WE RUN IMMERSIVE DESIGN CHALLENGES FOR STUDENTS AND WORKSHOPS FOR TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS. WITH COACHING SERVICES WE SUPPORT EDUCATION LEADERS AS THEY DEEPEN THEIR CAPACITY FOR CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION SO THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO APPLY NEW DESIGN MINDSETS AND PRACTICES TOWARD SYSTEM AND CURRICULAR CHANGES AT THEIR SCHOOL.

CONSTRUCT'S GRANT MAKING HAS SUPPORTED THE PROTOTYPE AND TESTING OF OUR DESIGN FOR INNOVATION EXPERIENCES FOR STUDENTS, TEACHERS, AND PRINCIPALS. WE USE GRANTS TO SUBSIDIZE THE COST TO BRING THESE DESIGN EXPERIENCE TO REGIONS ACROSS OREGON. CONSTRUCT GRANT DOLLARS HAVE HELPED TO LAUNCH 3TOPHD, AT A PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP LED BY CONCORDIA UNIVERISTY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION AND PORTLAND PUBLIC SCHOOL FAUBION PRE K-8.
