IN-SCHOOL PROGRAMS: MINDFULNESS TRAINING PROVIDED WITHIN THE SCHOOL SETTING, INCLUDING 3-12-WEEK CLASSROOM CURRICULUM, 1-2 SESSION STUDENT WORKSHOPS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS, AND PARENT WORKSHOPS, AS WELL AS VIRTUAL AND DIGITAL OPTIONS FOR ONLINE DELIVERY OF EACH TYPE.
ONLINE TRAININGS: MINDFULNESS TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS IN THE FORM OF 8-WEEK-LONG, ONE-SESSION-PER-WEEK, ONLINE FORUMS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR REGISTRATION.
MINDFUL MUSIC AND SOUND HEALING PROGRAM: IN-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS THAT HAS BEEN ENHANCED TO INCLUDE MUSICAL AND SOUND-HEALING COMPONENTS.
CHILDREN'S PALLIATIVE CARE PROGRAM: MINDFULNESS PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH RECEIVING TREATMENT FOR CANCER, AS WELL AS THEIR SIBLINGS.
