IN-SCHOOL PROGRAMS: MINDFULNESS TRAINING PROVIDED WITHIN THE SCHOOL SETTING, INCLUDING 3-12-WEEK CLASSROOM CURRICULUM, 1-2 SESSION STUDENT WORKSHOPS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS, AND PARENT WORKSHOPS, AS WELL AS VIRTUAL AND DIGITAL OPTIONS FOR ONLINE DELIVERY OF EACH TYPE.


ONLINE TRAININGS: MINDFULNESS TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS IN THE FORM OF 8-WEEK-LONG, ONE-SESSION-PER-WEEK, ONLINE FORUMS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR REGISTRATION.


COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS: MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS PROVIDED USING GRANT FUNDING OR BY A COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION, WHICH MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
