REBUILDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE, EDUCATING AND PROVIDING LOCAL JOBS BASED ON THE LOCAL RESOURCES WILL ENABLE THE PEOPLE TO GAIN THE SKILL TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES.
