WINDING WATERS MEDICAL CLINIC (THE CLINIC) IS A COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER THAT PROVIDES PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, DENTAL, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO THE FAMILIES AND VISITORS OF WALLOWA COUNTY. WINDING WATERS MEDICAL CLINIC CURRENTLY OPERATES AT LOCATIONS IN ENTERPRISE AND JOSEPH, OREGON. THE CLINIC HAD A TOTAL OF 70,109 ENCOUNTERS DURING THE YEAR: 47,453 MEDICAL, 16,121 DENTAL AND 6,535 MENTAL HEALTH. THE CLINIC PROVIDES CARE TO PATIENTS COVERED BY GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMS AT BELOW COST AND TO INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE UNABLE TO PAY.
