BY TEACHING CONCEPTS LIKE THE FUNDAMENTAL LIFE FORMULA, THE UNIQUE APPROACH OF CALM ASSERTION, HOW TO THINK, WHAT TO DO AND SAY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, AND THE 5 KEY SKILLS OF EFFECTIVE MENTORSHIP: SELF-UNDERSTANDING, UNDERSTANDING OTHERS, THE MENTORING RELATIONSHIP, BEHAVIOR & DISCIPLINE, AND PROBLEM ANALYSIS & SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT, THE PROGRAM HELPS PEOPLE BECOME MORE CONFIDENT, COMFORTABLE, AND CAPABLE LEADERS OF THEMSELVES AND OTHERS.
