NICA OPERATED ASSOCIATED LEAGUES IN ALABAMA, ARIZONA, ARKANSAS, CALIFORNIA, DELAWARE, FLORIDA, IDAHO, INDIANA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, MARYLAND, MISSISSIPPI, MISSOURI, MONTANA, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO, OREGON, PENNSYLVANIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, UTAH, VIRGINIA, WEST VIRGINIA, WISCONSIN AND WITH DEVELOPMENT STAGE LEAGUES FOR FUTURE YEARS WITH FORMATIVE STRATEGIES IN OTHER STATES.
