WYLDER NATION FOUNDATION IS DETERMINED TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH LYSOSOMAL STORAGE DISORDERS AND PROVIDE HOPE BY ACCELERATING THE DISCOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT OF TREATMENT OPTIONS.

INITIATED AND HELPED FACILITATE FDA APPROVAL OF MULTIPLE SINGLE PATIENT INVESTIGATOR INITIATED/EXPANDED ACCESS EXPERIMENTAL TREATMENTS BASED ON OUR FAAH INHIBITOR PROGRAM FOR ASMD. EXTENDED ADDITIONAL YEAR OF FUNDING FOR POST-DOC FELLOW FOCUSED ON ASMD RESEARCH. CONTINUED ENROLLMENT IN OUR ASMD ACCELERATE STUDY TO GATHER REAL-WORLD EVIDENCE, AND BETTER CHARACTERIZE THE NATURAL HISTORY OF ASMD. FILED 3RD PATENT SURROUNDING POTENTIAL BIOMARKERS TO MONITOR CNS DISEASE PROGRESSION BASED ON FUNDED RESEARCH RESULTS. RESEARCH RESULTS PUBLISHED IN MULTIPLE PEER REVIEWED PUBLICATIONS.
