THE HOUSE OF HOPE IN SALT LAKE CITY (6 FACILITIES): RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT OFFERS 24-HOUR SUPERVISION IN STRUCTURED SUPPORTIVE RESIDENTIAL LIVING, DAY TREATMENT AND OUTPATIENT SERVICES FOR ADULT WOMEN, PREGNANT WOMEN, AND WOMEN WITH UP TO THREE CHILDREN UNDER AGE 9, WHO REQUIRE STABILIZATION AND INTENSIVE SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT AND SPECIALIZED SERVICES FOR THEIR CHILDREN. THE TREATMENT PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR ADULT WOMEN, AGES 18 AND UP. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSESSMENT, GROUP, INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY, PARENTING SKILLS TRAINING, RELAPSE PREVENTION, SOCIAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, PSYCHO EDUCATIONAL CLASSES, SUBSTANCE ABUSE EDUCATION, AND CASE MANAGEMENT. DAY TREATMENT AND INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT SERVICES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FOR WOMEN. FAMILY SERVICES INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL & GROUP COUPLES AND FAMILY EDUCATION, COUNSELING AND COMMUNITY REINTEGRATION. THE GOAL OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO IMPACT MULTI-GENERATIONAL CYCLES OF ABUSE, CHILD ABUSE, AND FAMILY VIOLENCE THAT NEGATIVELY IMPACT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. THIS PROGRAM SPECIALIZES IN FAMILY REUNIFICATION, PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIP HEALING, TRAUMA WORK FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN, GENDER-SPECIFIC ISSUES FOR WOMEN AND WOMENS AND CHILDRENS MENTAL HEALTH. HOUSE OF HOPE IS JUSTICE REINVESTMENT INITIATIVE (JRI) CERTIFIED AND SUPPORTS HELPING WOMEN GET TREATMENT OVER INCARCERATION AND OVERCOME HOMELESSNESS. DUI CLASSES PROVIDED. EACH CHILD RECEIVES AN ASSESSMENT AND INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLAN DEVELOPED BY LICENSED THERAPISTS. DEVELOPMENTAL ISSUES ARE EVALUATED AND ADDRESSED. PARENTING CLASSES, PARENT-CHILD BONDING, FAMILY THERAPY, AND REFERRAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED. PARENTING CLASSES FOR FATHERS AND CO-PARENTING COUPLES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE.
